Decision-making deadlock
I am increasingly frustrated, especially with the way the sales department operates. Whenever a problem arises, everyone always has to ask a supervisor for instructions, leaving no room for independent decision-making. Whether it is something minor or major, we provide the conclusions for activities ahead of time, but you always wait to make the decision. As a result, everyone ends up trapped in endless waiting, while the problems remain unresolved.
Our progress in collaborations is especially always half a step behind. Whether working with internal or external partners, every time there is a pile of cumbersome procedures and communication, resulting in low efficiency. When it comes to scheduling, everyone knows that business trips from 6/1 to 9/30 can be described as the longest front. By the time we wait for you to make a decision, the work that should have been completed has already missed its optimal timing. No problem—until it becomes a problem.
Everyone is working overtime desperately, yet we are always overwhelmed by a pile of pointless miscellaneous tasks. There are always new collaborations to handle, but no clear direction for decision-making. This endless waiting and delay has long exhausted everyone’s patience, but we do not know when any of this will change.
