The employees generally get along well, and most managers are very good.
First, one senior executive there does not know how to manage and puts people in unsuitable positions.
They only care about the numbers and do not consider NG products.
They roll their eyes at and ostracize people they dislike.
During interviews, they even say thoughtless things to interviewees who need to care for their parents due to family circumstances, such as, “Why don’t you put your parents in a nursing home?”
I can only say: I hope you enjoy the nursing home in the future.
Second, one employee there curses at people using profanities. The manager and the company tacitly allow this behavior because the employee is the boss’s favorite.
The amount of overtime violates the Labor Standards Act. It is truly a blessing from one’s ancestors that they have not been caught.
