You can stay in the Business Department if you have a chemical engineering background; if you don't, don't bother....
On the first day the new sales staff reported for work, the warehouse personnel openly said that people in the Business Department were leaving too quickly—far too many people said goodbye in less than a month.
They said to wait until you had survived three months before adding you on LINE; otherwise, it would be impossible to tell who was who. Of course, I was one of those who lasted only a month.
The Business Department is understaffed, so if you don't have a chemical engineering background, don't go there. Otherwise, at most you'll leave within a week, and at best you'll leave within three months. In the short time I was there, more than ten people had already used the desk I sat at.
