On the first day a new salesperson reported for work, the warehouse staff openly said that people in the sales department quit too quickly. Too many people say goodbye in less than a month.
They said to add them on LINE only after you have survived three months; otherwise, it would be hard to tell who was who. Of course, I was one of those who lasted only one month.
In the understaffed sales department, don't go there if you don't have a chemical engineering background. Otherwise, you'll leave in as little as one week or as long as three months. In the short time I've been there, more than ten people have already occupied my desk.
