On the first day a new sales employee reported for work, the people in the warehouse openly said that employees in the Business Department burn out too quickly—too many people say goodbye in less than a month.
They said to add them on LINE only after you had survived three months; otherwise, it would be hard to tell who was who. Of course, I was one of those who burned out after just one month.
The Business Department is short-staffed, but if you don't have a chemical engineering background, don't go there. Otherwise, you may leave in as little as one week or as long as three months. In the short time I was there, more than ten people had already occupied my desk.
