On the first day a new salesperson reported for work, the warehouse staff openly said that people in the business department leave too quickly—far too many say goodbye in less than a month.
They said to add them on LINE only after you’ve survived three months; otherwise, it’s hard to tell who’s who. Of course, I was one of those who was gone after just one month.
The business department is short-staffed, so if you don’t have a chemical engineering background, don’t go there. Otherwise, you’ll leave in as little as a week or, at most, three months. In the short time I was there, more than ten people had already occupied my desk.
