On the first day a new sales employee reported for work, the warehouse staff openly said that people in the Sales Department burn out too quickly—too many leave in less than a month.
They said they would add you on LINE only after you survived three months; otherwise, they couldn't tell who was who. Of course, I was one of those who burned out after just one month.
In the understaffed Sales Department, don't go if you don't have a chemical engineering background. Otherwise, you'll leave within a week at the earliest or three months at the latest. In the short time I was there, more than ten people had already used my desk.
