On the first day a new salesperson reported for work, the warehouse staff openly said that people in the Sales Department leave too quickly—too many people say goodbye in less than a month.
They said to add them on LINE only after you had lasted three months; otherwise, they couldn't tell who was who. Of course, I was one of those who lasted only a month.
The Sales Department is understaffed, so if you don't have a chemical engineering background, don't go there. Otherwise, you'll leave in as little as a week or as long as three months. In the short time I was there, more than ten people had already used my desk.
