On the first day a new employee in sales reported for work, the warehouse staff openly said that people in the Sales Department burn out too quickly—too many people say goodbye in less than a month.
They said to add them on LINE only after you survive three months; otherwise, it would be hard to tell who was who. Of course, I was one of those who burned out after just one month.
The understaffed Sales Department is not for you if you don't have a chemical engineering background. Otherwise, you may leave in as little as a week or as long as three months. In the short time I was there, more than ten people had already occupied my desk.
