Pros: You can stay in the sales department if you have a chemical engineering background; if you don't, don't...
Cons: On the first day a new salesperson reported for work, the warehouse staff openly said that people in the sales department tend to burn out too quickly—far too many people say goodbye in less than a month.
They said to add them on LINE only after you have survived three months; otherwise, it is hard to tell who is who. Of course, I was one of those who burned out after just one month.
In the understaffed sales department, if you don't have a chemical engineering background, don't go. Otherwise, you will leave in as little as a week or at most three months. In the short time I was there, more than ten people had already occupied my desk.
