On the first day a new employee reported to the Business Department, the people in the warehouse explicitly said that employees in the Business Department leave too quickly—far too many people say goodbye in less than a month.
They said to add them on LINE after you survive three months; otherwise, it would be hard to tell who was who. Of course, I was one of those who fell within a month.
In the understaffed Business Department, don't go if you don't have a chemical engineering background. Otherwise, you'll leave in as little as a week or, at most, three months. In the short time I was there, more than ten people had already occupied my desk.
