In the Sales Department, you can stay if you have a chemical engineering background; if you don't, don't bother....
On the first day that a new sales employee reported for work, the warehouse staff openly said that people in the Sales Department leave too quickly—far too many say goodbye in less than a month.
They said to add them on LINE only after you've survived three months; otherwise, it would be impossible to tell who was who. Of course, I was one of those who didn't make it past one month.
In the understaffed Sales Department, don't go if you don't have a chemical engineering background. Otherwise, you'll leave in as little as a week or as long as three months. In the short time I was there, more than ten people had already used the desk I sat at.
