In the Sales Department, you can stay if you have a chemical engineering background; if you don't, don't come....
On the first day a new salesperson reported for work, the warehouse staff explicitly said that people in the Sales Department burn out too quickly—too many leave in less than a month.
They said to add them on LINE only after you've survived three months; otherwise, it would be impossible to tell who was who. Of course, I was one of those who burned out after just one month.
At the understaffed Sales Department, don't go if you don't have a chemical engineering background. Otherwise, you'll leave in as little as a week or as long as three months. In the short time I used that desk, more than ten people had already occupied it.
