Pros: You can stay in the Sales Department if you have a chemical engineering background; if you don't, don't...
On the first day a new sales employee reported for work, the warehouse staff openly said that people in the Sales Department burn out too quickly—too many leave in less than a month.
They said to wait until you survive three months before adding them on LINE; otherwise, it would be hard to tell who was who. Of course, I was one of those who burned out after just one month.
The Sales Department is understaffed, so if you don't have a chemical engineering background, don't go there. Otherwise, you'll leave in as little as a week or as long as three months. In the short time I was there, more than ten people had already occupied my desk.
