In the Sales Department, you can stay if you have a chemical engineering background; if not, don't bother....
On the first day I reported for my new sales position, the warehouse staff explicitly told me that people in the Sales Department burn out and leave too quickly—too many people say goodbye in less than a month.
They said to add me on LINE only after I had survived three months; otherwise, it would be hard to tell who was who. Of course, I was one of those who burned out after just one month.
The Sales Department is already short-staffed, so if you don't have a chemical engineering background, don't go there. Otherwise, you'll leave in as little as a week or, at most, three months. In the short time I've been there, more than ten people have already occupied my desk.
