In the Sales Department, you can stay if you have a chemical engineering background; if you don't, don't bother....
On the first day a new sales employee reported for work, the warehouse staff explicitly said that people in the Sales Department burn out too quickly—far too many leave in less than a month.
They said to add them on LINE only after you had lasted three months; otherwise, it would be impossible to tell who was who. Of course, I was one of those who burned out after just one month.
The Sales Department is severely understaffed, so if you don't have a chemical engineering background, you shouldn't go there. Otherwise, you'll leave in as little as a week or, at most, three months. In the short time I was there, more than ten people had already occupied my desk.
