You can stay in the business department if you have a chemical engineering background; otherwise, don't…
On the first day a new salesperson reported for work, the warehouse staff explicitly said that people in the business department burn out and leave too quickly—too many people say goodbye in less than a month.
They said to add them on LINE only after you have survived three months; otherwise, it would be hard to tell who was who. Of course, I was one of those who burned out after just one month.
The business department is short-staffed, but if you don't have a chemical engineering background, you shouldn't go there. Otherwise, you'll leave within a week at the earliest or three months at the latest. In the short time I was there, more than ten people had already occupied my desk.
