You can stay in the Business Department if you have a background in chemistry; if not, don't....
On the first day a new employee reported to the Business Department, the warehouse staff explicitly said that people in the Business Department were burning out too quickly—far too many were saying goodbye in less than a month.
They said to add them on LINE only after you had survived three months; otherwise, it would be hard to tell who was who. Of course, I was also one of those who burned out after just one month.
The Business Department is short-staffed, so don't go there if you don't have a chemistry background. Otherwise, you will leave within a week at the earliest or three months at the latest. In the short time I was there, more than ten people had already used the desk I sat at.
