In the Business Department, you can stay if you have a chemical engineering background; if not, don't....
On the first day a new salesperson reported for work, the warehouse staff openly said that people in the Business Department die off too quickly—too many leave in less than a month.
They said to wait until you survive three months before adding you on LINE; otherwise, it would be impossible to tell who was who. Of course, I was one of those who died off after just one month.
The Business Department is short-staffed, but if you don't have a chemical engineering background, don't go there. Otherwise, you'll leave in as little as a week or, at most, three months. In the short time I was there, more than ten people had already used the desk I occupied.
