On the first day a new sales employee reported for work, the warehouse staff openly said that people in the sales department die off too quickly—far too many people say goodbye in less than a month.
They said to add them on LINE only after you have survived three months; otherwise, it would be impossible to tell who was who. Of course, I was one of those who died off after just one month.
In the sales department, which is short-staffed, don't go there if you don't have a chemical engineering background. Otherwise, you'll leave in as little as a week or as long as three months. In the short time I was there, more than ten people had already occupied my desk.
