Pros: You can stay in the Business Department if you have a chemical engineering background; if you don't, don't...
On the first day the new sales staff reported for work, the warehouse staff openly said that people in the Sales Department were dropping out too quickly—far too many people had said goodbye in less than a month.
They said to add them on LINE only after you had survived three months; otherwise, it would be impossible to tell who was who. Of course, I was one of those who dropped out after just one month.
At the understaffed Sales Department, if you don't have a chemical engineering background, don't go. Otherwise, you'll leave in as little as one week or, at most, three months. In the short time I was there, more than ten people had already occupied my desk.
