You can stay in the sales department if you have a chemical engineering background; if not, don't....
On the first day a new salesperson reported for work, the warehouse staff openly said that people in the sales department burn out too quickly—too many leave in less than a month.
They said to wait until you had lasted three months before adding you on LINE, otherwise it would be hard to tell who was who. Of course, I was one of those who burned out after just one month.
The sales department is understaffed, so if you don't have a chemical engineering background, don't go there. Otherwise, you may leave as quickly as one week or as late as three months. In the short time I've been there, more than ten people have already sat at my desk.
