In the sales department, you can stay if you have a chemical engineering background; otherwise, don't...
On my first day reporting to the sales department, the people in the warehouse openly said that people in the sales department die off too quickly—too many leave in less than a month.
They said to add them on LINE only after you survive three months; otherwise, it would be hard to tell who was who. Of course, I was one of those who died off after just one month.
The sales department is understaffed, so if you don't have a chemical engineering background, don't go. Otherwise, you'll leave within a week at the earliest or three months at the latest. In the short time I was there, more than ten people had already used my desk.
