On the first day a new salesperson reported for work, the warehouse staff openly said that people in the Business Department burn out too quickly—far too many leave in less than a month.
They said to add them on LINE only after you had survived three months; otherwise, it would be impossible to tell who was who. Of course, I was one of those who burned out after just one month.
The Business Department is understaffed, so if you don't have a chemical engineering background, don't go there. Otherwise, you'll leave in as little as a week or, at most, within three months. In the short time I was there, more than ten people had already occupied my desk.
