Maybe this is just my personal opinion.

The flexible working hours are nice. The earliest you can leave is 5:30 p.m., and the latest is 7:30 p.m., so you can avoid peak hours.

I’m not too sure about the rest, since I wasn’t there for very long.

For anyone thinking of applying for a graphic visual designer or visual designer position in the Marketing Department, please reconsider...

The supervisor is very conceited and difficult to communicate with. Joining would only be a waste of time. As for gaining experience, you won’t learn much either. Think it over carefully!
