When I first joined this company, I felt that it had a strong reform-oriented culture, and that some people were extremely serious about their work. Only after being there for a while did I realize that it was all a lie.

This is just the old boss’s way of dealing with anyone who voices dissent about the company.

In reality, instructions from senior management are chaotic, management is lax, and they have only a superficial understanding of the business model. Whenever something goes wrong, they shift the blame to the PM, while the technical managers also have only a superficial understanding of technical matters.

The workplace is full of smear campaigns and power struggles. Not long after joining, I realized that everyone who had seriously contributed to the company had been driven out, leaving behind a perfect world of internal power struggles. Now the system’s code is a complete mess every day, no one knows how to maintain it, and even the data is fabricated. I really feel sorry for those who spend money buying that data.

In addition, the boss turns a blind eye to problems, preferring to protect his own people rather than admit mistakes. The better you are at flattering the boss and packaging yourself, the more you can be promoted and receive unlimited raises.

People who work seriously are all driven away through underhanded tactics, while those who remain suffer every day as they wait for a chance to escape.
