Pros
All the senior salespeople have left—every single one. So capable salespeople can come here and be the king.
Cons
The boss is very active-minded and changes unpredictably, so be mindful when interacting with him.
The boss’s wife pays attention to some very peculiar details.
The boss’s younger brother makes grand promises.
There are many two-faced people.
The head of module R&D needs to strengthen his professional expertise.
