Pros
All the senior salespeople have left—the whole group is gone. So capable salespeople can come here and be the boss.
Cons
The boss's thinking is lively and changeable; be mindful when interacting with him.
The boss's wife pays attention to some very peculiar details.
The boss's younger brother makes grand promises.
There are many two-faced people.
The head of module R&D needs to strengthen his expertise.
