Pros
The boss pays relatively high salaries, so there are no difficulties with hiring people.
Cons
1. When employees first join, the boss does not proactively enroll them in labor and health insurance; they need to ask themselves.
2. The boss has a poor temper. Employees must calculate their own salaries and then send the calculations to the boss.
3. The boss sometimes goes back on his word and is very calculating; employees cannot outcalculate him.
4. The boss evades taxes and teaches clients various illegal tax-evasion practices.
