Can't feel of any advantages?
The building environment is old, but you can tell it's a large company. The entire building is occupied by different departments, with no other companies.
There were two managers, one man and one woman, interviewing me together. They asked many questions, and it was apparent that they wanted to gain an in-depth understanding of the interviewee's thoughts. The interview took a little over an hour to complete.
One of the female managers seemed dissatisfied with my answers. Throughout the interview, her facial expressions and tone of voice became increasingly unpleasant and impatient. In the end, she even turned around and walked away...? Then, after seeing her leave, the other male manager seemed to understand what was going on and began repeatedly criticizing my shortcomings. What was funny was that the points he criticized sounded like mere excuses to reject me. In fact, by that point in the interview, I was mentally prepared not to get the job. So, when I received a rejection email from that female manager the following evening, I wasn't surprised at all. The content was also rather perfunctory, saying things like there were many competitors and that they weren't lacking people... Reading it, I could only feel that she was using a condescending attitude to make sarcastic, disparaging remarks about me.
Also, during the interview, the male manager said that everyone there was very nice and easy to get along with. Uh... honestly, I couldn't feel that at all. Throughout the interview, I only felt that I was talking with two managers whose wavelengths didn't match mine. If I had actually joined the company, I don't think we would have gotten along particularly well either. After reading the other reviews, I feel it's probably a good thing I didn't go!
