What advantages could a traditional industry company possibly have?
The advantage is that it lets you waste time traveling to Changhua for an interview.
Unable to find talent
They should set up an office in Taichung.
Do you understand what remote means?
If you still have to go on-site, can you call it remote?
What a crappy system, and they’re still using it:
ASP.NET Web Forms
ASP.NET Framework
You still have to go to Changhua every week to meet with vendors.
The meeting lasts all day??!!
A very typical traditional industry company.
If you can’t afford to offer a decent salary, don’t post the job.
Offering bananas to monkeys.
Even offering over 50,000 would be difficult.
They won’t reply on 104 after the interview.
They hide on WeChat and reply there—what the hell are they afraid of?
So many advantages that you won’t want to go. The old-fashioned stuff is pretty good too, I guess—if you want to walk backward, feel free to apply.
