There are many happy-go-lucky employees at the company; here is one example.

During work, he frequently takes smoke breaks to slack off (starting at 15 minutes each time, at least three times a day), has little professional ability, and can only give a bunch of illogical examples.

In meetings, he only knows how to flatter others, constantly addressing them as “Big Brother.” When faced with a tool he does not know how to use, he first stubbornly claims that he can use it too—and then nothing comes of it.

Even so, he has managed to get by safely at the company for many years, demonstrating the company’s stability and generosity. Otherwise, given his abilities, I would be worried sick about his wife and children if he sought a job elsewhere.
