It felt like they simply wanted you to provide a proposal. They would ask extremely detailed questions and press you on how you would execute it. The interviewer also seemed not to understand marketing very well; when you gave an answer they could not understand, they appeared impatient. In the end, they would ask you to stay for one night as part of a hotel proposal—a tactic they have apparently used for many years. All I can say is that it was astonishing. They took the interviewee to the rooftop for an outdoor interview, where there was no air conditioning. In the hot weather, I was drenched in sweat, and they did not even provide a glass of water. It was a very poor experience.
