A good company to learn about power struggles.

The senior manager is very good at distorting facts and smearing people, and also gives arbitrary instructions. They neither understand nor comprehend the entire business model, and when things are ultimately done incorrectly or deadlines are missed, they shift the blame to us PMs.

The distortion and smearing do not occur only when assigning work or when something goes wrong with the content; they also happen in power struggles, with the senior manager constantly smearing and distorting the truth about anyone who does not comply with their wishes. They seem determined to drive almost everyone out of the company. Just a few months after joining, I deeply regretted it—I thought a company backed by China Development Investment would be more stable. The management is terrible, the senior manager is terrible, the boss does not care, and there are hardly any benefits.

Only when everyone was about to leave did they think of spreading the word that bonuses would be given to those who stayed, in an attempt to retain people. Using the hard-earned money of those who were “made to leave” to support people who cause trouble and accomplish nothing at the company—what a great setup. It is a company that slacks off, does nothing, and is full of power struggles.
