Pretty cool.
1. The salary is absolutely terrible. The stated salary is clearly over NT$5,000 less, and then they average in the year-end bonus and other bonuses to calculate the salary.
2. Looking at 面試趣, many people have worked there for a long time and still only earn a little over NT$30,000.
2. There aren't many benefits.
3. Previously, large numbers of employees often resigned. The company then asked current employees to sign a non-solicitation agreement prohibiting them from encouraging others to resign, with a penalty equivalent to 10 months' salary for violations—haha. I don't know how they define it. If you and your colleagues resign together, will they say that you induced them to leave?
Could a mass employee exodus possibly be the company's own problem?
4. Be careful with Taiwan-based managers.
