If you’re coming to this company, it’s best to be in electronics, IT, HR, PM, quality assurance, or a related field. These are departments the company places relatively more importance on, and where the managers are comparatively more reasonable and focused on the matter at hand. As for the others, all I can say is that besides looking at the salary offered, there are many things you wouldn’t expect. If you have no other options, you can come; but if you do.........make sure you’re mentally prepared. If it were just work-related issues, that would be one thing, but as for the surrounding environment..........Anyway, don’t let the recruiter or those few general vice presidents talk you into accepting something you didn’t intend to.
There aren’t really any drawbacks. Working 12-hour overtime shifts on both holidays and weekdays for a salary of over 50,000—after all, it’s voluntary, so can that really count as a drawback?
