The department manager is a normal person and won't ask strange questions. HR is also very friendly (on the surface).
The company environment is very quiet—there isn't even the sound of conversation. It has a somewhat militarized management feel.
The interview is conducted in two stages. The first interview is with the department manager (a normal person), who basically only asks whether your professional skills qualify you for the position.
The interview requires video recording; it's up to you whether you refuse.
The second interview is with the company's CEO, COO, and a certain manager. The three of them interrogate you simultaneously, and at this point they ask all the usual stupid HR questions,
such as what you want to do in the future and why you left your previous company (every single one asks this).
In particular, the COO is extremely arrogant throughout, asking questions with a condescending attitude. This was when I began to question whether the "happy company" was really what it claimed to be.
In the end, I was hired. The company sends you a document packet containing forms that should only need to be filled out after you start working.
In order to squeeze every last bit out of you (yes, they start squeezing you even before you join), the company requires you to complete them at home before your start date.
There are 10 pages in total, asking you to write about your talents and interests, family members, and personal information such as contracts and letters of guarantee.
Then they give you three days to mail it back yourself by registered post (of course, at your own expense).
Note: They will definitely cut your salary during the salary negotiation. Everyone, ask for a higher amount—though ideally, don't come here at all.
