This is a company with a seriously dysfunctional system!!

Management

The two managers are part-time, so when there is something to deal with, I'm part-time too!!, but when there's nothing to do, suddenly I'm the manager!!

The store staff

Their professional knowledge is lacking, and they agree to everything recklessly!!

They don't know what seasons are suitable for which types of photography, or which locations are suitable for taking photos on holidays~

They only make random recommendations~~~

Photography department

Photographer A: A photographer who has been here for a long time

In the photography department, he only knows how to act like the boss~ but when something really happens, he doesn't dare say anything~~

Afterward, he only blames the assistants for not speaking up during the meeting!!

He takes photos especially slowly~ half the time is spent chatting!!!

He even calls the assistant a "beast" in front of the client

The finished photos are unbelievably bad~ of the 500 photos taken, at least more than half are duplicates!!!

The photos are incredibly old-fashioned!! He thinks underwater photography is his specialty~

But everything he produces looks the same~~ there is absolutely no variation!!

Photographer B:

He is relatively fast at taking photos~ but sometimes he is really good at dragging things out!!

He also makes a lot of lewd jokes~ and sometimes even reaches out and touches clients' buttocks!!

Photographer C

A favored prodigy~ no matter what he does, there is never a problem!!

Even if he fails to meet company requirements, he won't be reprimanded~

He is the most favored!! All the attractive clients are photographed by him!!

All the store staff in the company fawn over him like crazy!!

The photos are mediocre~ he just uses an 85mm F1.4 lens~ the more blurred the background, the more praise he gets!!!

His route planning is extremely poor~ the shooting locations go: Point A > Point B > Point A > Point C > Point A~

His time management during shoots is also extremely poor!! One outfit often takes 2–3 hours to photograph!!

Regarding underwater photography!!

The water is seriously freezing!!!

Shivering in the water is the norm!! And then no one pays any attention to you~~

In winter, you have to change clothes on a shabby balcony~

You're soaking wet all over~ and still have to stand on the balcony in the cold wind!!!

The photographers simply don't care how long the assistants have to stay in the water~

Photographer A keeps nitpicking the poses and the dress~ and then nothing actually changes in the resulting photos!!!

Photographer B is much more reasonable by comparison~ he doesn't make clients and assistants stay in the water too long~

Photographer C gets carried away during shoots and simply doesn't care how long the client or assistant has been in the water!! He keeps demanding the same pose over and over!!

But the finished product is just like that~ it doesn't have any wow factor!!

You can't learn anything as an assistant at this company!!

Because no one will teach you!!!

You will also inexplicably be made to take the blame~ and get scolded!!!
