Pros
There are absolutely no advantages.
Cons
1. The office environment and equipment are very outdated.
2. The supervisor shows very little respect for professionalism, making sarcastic remarks or swearing at people during meetings.
3. The working hours are unreasonable, and overtime is almost required every day.
