Pros

You've got to be kidding—there are so many pros that they don't need mentioning 🙃

Cons

🌪️ Just Joined the Company

Early on after joining, I heard that the company had once gone through a major controversy. I never expected that before long, I would also become part of that storm. When you're caught up in it, there's really no escape.

⚙️ Efforts and Results of the Reforms

The company launched quite a few reforms, and everyone worked hard to improve the situation. But the end result was that everyone became even busier. No matter what, it always felt like we were being crushed under a mountain of work and could barely breathe.

📊 Workload Surge

Almost every week, we had to submit reports, with one task after another to report. The pressure kept building, leaving people overwhelmed (資拓).

🙄 HR's Misunderstanding

During the interview process, HR put all the blame on me, saying that I was bad at replying. The interviewer gave me a time and place; I simply replied with a straightforward “okay,” but their reaction left me speechless. If too many names are hard to remember, just remember Lynn and Robin.

These two names.

❌ Reason for Leaving Was Not Understood

During the interview, before I had finished explaining my reason for leaving, the interviewer directly said: “After spending so many years in the industry, how could you not know how things work?” It made me feel that the conversation had not gone as expected and left me with even more doubts.

❌ Terrible Benefits

The company's benefits were disappointing. The benefits allowance was deducted directly, snacks cost 50 dollars, and the gifts for the three major festivals and birthday bonuses were astonishingly low. Whenever I worked overtime or took leave, I was always asked why 🙃 (Whose problem is this, anyway??)

🙄 Problems with the Company Culture

The company culture felt somewhat bureaucratic, and every day required maintaining a hypocritical facade at every turn. After joining, you would discover the indifference between colleagues; some people even waited to see you make a mistake. If you accidentally made one, colleagues or supervisors would stab you in the back, leaving you disheartened.

Even after leaving, some resentment and memories remain despite the passage of time. This experience made me deeply realize that work is not merely a challenge to your skills, but also a major test of your mental resilience.

If you're looking for a new challenge, here are some worthwhile courses to recommend:

A set of traditional thinking that cannot innovate—priceless (the fee covers only the training content, does not guarantee that you won't be scapegoated, and does not include workplace performance training)

🌟 Full Hell's Kitchen Package NT.????
