1. The company tends to believe that you only get opportunities by speaking up. People who quietly do their work will be marginalized, so it is not suitable for those who keep their heads down and work diligently.

2. The company culture is peculiar: it makes no distinction between new and old products, and old products have no sales life cycle. The software and hardware are constantly modified according to sales requests, but in reality, sales volume is very low?!

3. There are no clear boundaries between departmental responsibilities. Anyone can act as a supervisor, and sending an email is enough to tell you to do something.

4. The organization is chaotic. The parent company is Japan's Sxto, and the mainland operation is a branch office. However, after the mainland branch makes a request, the entire company often has to run around for them—there is little left to do except go to the moon to pick stars and bring down the sun and moon.

5. The company's materials, PM, and Marcom teams are all firefighting departments. Too many problems were left behind by their predecessors, and they have to clean up the mess without a proper handover.
