Pros

1. Convenient transportation

2. Lots of good food nearby

3. Work laptops provided

Cons

1. The training system at this company basically consists of explaining something once, having you take notes, and then typing up the notes and sending them back electronically. Then they ask you to create forms they never taught you how to make. People there say, “It doesn’t have to be fast, but it can’t have any mistakes.” Yet their schedules are packed solid, so new employees are basically expected to finish everything quickly.

2. There is no fixed lunch break, so new employees spend the whole day working on reports and sometimes cannot eat lunch. On top of that, they have to take their lunch downstairs and throw it into the building’s trash cans themselves.

3. People there say that the boss is very generous (when in fact, it just means treating everyone to a meal once a month). They might occasionally give out sales bonuses, but new employees should not get their hopes up.

4. There is no overtime system, and people there basically work overtime every day. New employees are also required to write reflection reports and report on careless mistakes. Even if you say you have never done something before but make a mistake, you still have to write one—about four or five reports a day. Every report uses a different platform, system, and format, so it is impossible not to make mistakes. Once, the data in a system kept changing on its own, and I was still required to write a reflection report.

5. The restroom is all the way at the back, and when you come out, you are immediately in the work area, so you are forced to resolve any urgent bathroom needs very quickly. You will feel like a work machine.

6. Basically, new employees cannot endure it, and the turnover rate is very high. Most people do not even make it through the probationary period because they hold monthly meetings to criticize you for not working hard enough and say they cannot see good results.

7. Once, I bought something to improve my eyesight, and the other person said, “You should have bought something to improve your brain instead.”
