There is a coffee and snack bar that you can freely use.
In winter, the counter is equipped with heaters to warm your feet.
There are housekeeping staff on duty in the morning, evening, and night.
New employees should be careful not to use the restroom too many times during work, or they may fire you 😌
During the interview, they said there would be a performance review once a month.
Before I had even been there for a week, they told me to leave early because I used the restroom too many times (3–5 times in four hours), even though this did not happen every day—only on two or three of those days. The coffee from the coffee bar did not agree with my body and caused me harm, making me need to run to the restroom, and I was dismissed because of it.
The morning-shift colleagues act friendly to your face, but stab you in the back during the subsequent performance review, saying that you do not respect them and are very rude.
On the day of the performance review, they will ask you to leave that very day. Completely unprofessional.
A group of very fake people 😃
I have never encountered such a poor work environment.
