None. I want to believe me—there really are none.
1. The company has a particular person who regularly bullies others.
2. Everyone in the company pretends not to see that person’s bullying behavior.
3. Everyone in the company indulges that person.
4. The company environment is terrible. Rats die in the ceiling, cockroaches roam around 365 days a year, and they even get into the water dispenser.
5. There is no SOP; everyone does things however they want.
One day it’s version A, the next day it’s version B, and then they say you did it wrong and ask, “Are you an idiot?” (This really happened.)
6. That person uses all kinds of excuses to dump work they don’t want to do on others, while happily browsing online shops, looking at houses, and checking travel flights. They get paid for doing nothing.
7. They claim that things nobody taught you have already been taught three times and say, “Are you stupid?” (This really happened.)
8. The Japanese president is basically useless.
9. As long as that person takes a dislike to you, they can wildly make things up out of thin air and make you get blamed for mistakes until you can’t hold your head up.
There’s too much to list. All I can say is, if you want to be bullied, go to this company—I guarantee they’ll bully you to your heart’s content.
