Pros
The company location is quite convenient, with a train station and department store downstairs, and a technology park nearby. The starting salary offered by HR isn’t too bad either.
Most of the interview questions are focused on job-related knowledge. They won’t ask you strange philosophical questions about life or questions about major companies on the internet.
Cons
During the interview, you may have a pleasant conversation with one interviewer at first, but when it comes time to discuss salary, it is difficult to negotiate better pay with the HR manager.
