Pros
The company’s location is quite convenient, with a train station and department store downstairs, and a technology park nearby. The starting salary offered by HR isn’t too bad either.
Most of the interview questions are about technical subjects. They won’t ask you strange philosophical questions about life or questions about large companies found online.
Cons
During the interview, you’ll first meet someone with whom you have a pleasant conversation, but once salary negotiations begin, it’s difficult to negotiate a better salary with that HR manager.
