The boss doesn’t come to the company; general manager system.
The general manager is very good at bragging, claiming every day that the company is a Japanese enterprise or an international group, but in reality it has no Japanese-company background whatsoever.
The company can only rent a place in Datong District, in a building that is always awaiting urban renewal. It tells you to use a motorcycle as the company vehicle, occupies parking spaces 24 hours a day, and parks illegally on the roadside.
The senior employees in this company all hoard their knowledge, yet are too lazy to go out and only talk. The sales staff often treat customers like easy marks when doing business.
You need to be very bold to join. The sales staff often claim that their cases are huge and that they have extensive experience, but in fact they only know how to piggyback on or seize the capabilities and reputation of veteran employees at some “truly capable company.” Recently, they even recruited a Japanese person married to a Taiwanese person who goes around deceiving people and claiming to be the official general agent for Japan... I strongly advise everyone not to come to this company.
