There are two company names. One is called Yitai. The owner of this company has been in business for several decades. He and his wife run it together, and there is only one employee, who is the most senior one (the senior employee is a very nice person).

The owner looks like an down-to-earth, honest person.

If this company posts openings for graphic designer, graphic artist, or creative visual designer positions, please consider them very carefully!!

If you have strong skills, I suggest using only 20–30% of your abilities. At the time, I also observed the company while working there, while testing how the owner would treat employees when dealing with difficult customers.

If you join this company, you must have a very clear and rational mind. Whether or not the owner makes promises, you should not take them to heart. In short, be careful when handling difficult customers!

In particular, for projects involving the owner's acquaintances, friends, or temples—projects the owner specifically emphasized—you should be mentally prepared when working on them. At first, the difficult customer may say that the style and layout of the design should remain unchanged and that only the copy needs to be revised. But things will later go wrong: the customer will keep contradicting what they originally said, adding and removing copy and repeatedly changing the layout. In the end, the owner may even blame you for not knowing how to prioritize tasks, for working too slowly, and say that you will cause him to lose his business!

Advice for job seekers who are fortunate enough to see this post:

1. The owner has a unique way of calculating wages that differs from the method generally recognized for ordinary companies. Be sure to ask for clarification during the interview; otherwise, you may be misled!

2. Regarding labor and health insurance: at first, he will say that he will take you to the relevant association within a few days to enroll in labor insurance, but the promised date will repeatedly be postponed. Even by the second week, he still had not arranged labor insurance for the employee.

3. This company has many difficult customers, whom the owner always says are friends. He also does not dare offend clients. Many people can understand his feelings about not wanting to offend clients, but when dealing with difficult customers, the owner will set traps for employees to fall into. For example, the owner will give an example of how an employee should respond to a difficult customer,

and in the end, the owner will find an excuse to fire you on the grounds that you are unsuitable for the job.

4. The job title is merely nominal, because the owner will say that this is a small company, so everyone has to do everything.

In short... I urge all job seekers to think carefully before joining this company. If you have strong skills, I suggest using only 20–30% of your abilities.
