Pros
No advantages
Cons
1. The monthly salary that was originally agreed upon became part-time work
2. When transferred to another position, it was agreed that seniority would still be counted, but in the end seniority was recalculated
3. A one-person show, with emotional outbursts as well. For the same overtime, long-term employees can record overtime, but newcomers cannot.
