Cons
1. The monthly salary that was initially agreed upon became part-time work.
2. When I was transferred, it was agreed that my seniority would continue to count, but in the end, my seniority was recalculated.
3. A one-person show, with emotional reactions as well. For the same overtime, long-term employees can record overtime, but newcomers cannot.
4. Don't go.
